Uniforme

Description

The rigor of drapery and military heraldry defines a visual geography of the XVIII and XIX centuries in Ibero-America. In traversing these effigies, one perceives the transition from the viceregal order to republican sobriety under the strict codification of rank. It is a calligraphy of power inscribed in the discipline of the fabric.
